This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for Meow Music Premium subscriptions and digital services.
By purchasing or subscribing to Meow Music Premium, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. Digital Products & Services
Meow Music Premium is a digital service that provides immediate access to premium features upon successful payment.
Because access is delivered instantly, purchases are generally considered final.
3. Non-Refundable Purchases
Refunds will generally NOT be provided for:
- Accidental purchases.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the Service.
- Subscription renewals.
- Discord account bans or restrictions.
- Server removal or deletion.
- Feature misunderstandings before purchase.
- User-side configuration issues.
- Third-party service outages.
4. Eligible Refund Requests
Refund requests may be considered in limited situations, including:
- Duplicate payments.
- Billing errors.
- Premium benefits were never activated.
- A verified technical issue prevented access to premium features.
- The issue could not be resolved by our support team.
All refund requests are reviewed individually and approved at the sole discretion of Meow Music.
5. Subscription Management
Users are responsible for managing and cancelling subscriptions before the next billing cycle.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future charges.
- Premium access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
- Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund.
6. Premium Feature Changes
Meow Music may update, improve, replace, or remove premium features at any time.
Feature additions, removals, redesigns, or service improvements do not qualify for refunds.
7. Chargeback Policy
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting support, we reserve the right to:
- Revoke premium access immediately.
- Restrict future purchases.
- Suspend associated servers.
- Blacklist accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent restrictions from Meow Music services.

9. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments processed through third-party platforms such as Patreon, Stripe, PayPal, Ko-fi, or similar services may also be subject to the policies of those providers.
Meow Music cannot override or modify the policies of external payment processors.
